With a digital marketing certification from the University of Calgary and halfway through earning a graphic design certification from the same esteemed institution, Megan brings a perfect blend of creativity and professionalism to every project. With seven years of entrepreneurial experience under her belt, both working in social media and as a country music artist, Megan has a wide range of knowledge in crafting compelling content and navigating the dynamic world of social media. Her passion lies in telling authentic stories that resonate with audiences, helping companies and brands forge meaningful connections. Driven by a love for bringing visions to life, Megan is on a mission to spread joy and creativity through her work. With an eye for detail and a heart full of enthusiasm, she's ready to collaborate with you to make your brand's dreams a reality.

Amanda hails from Newfoundland and brings that East Coast hospitality to her account management style. With a strong background in business management, Amanda developed a love and appreciation for sales and marketing. She believes that, at its core, social media is about creating connections and recognizes that it has transformed how we build relationships, with people, as well as brands. Passionate about teamwork, she loves being a part of such a creative and collaborative team. During her free time, Amanda can be found hiking Newfoundland’s rugged coastline, playing amateur chef, or attempting to keep up with her energetic young son.

Tessa May Marr is an entrepreneur at heart and proud to lead a 100% virtual social media marketing agency of exceptionally talented and relentless Social Media Managers! Tessa is a pioneer in her leadership style, with a strong focus on work/life balance, empathy, and a whole-human approach. She has developed unique practices throughout the years of building and leading a remote, creative team and breathes new life into the agency format. She’s also a passionate wine connoisseur, an avid traveler and has a very codependent relationship with her pup Finn.

Casey has been part of this organization for nearly eight years now (since Day 1 baby!)–starting as a Graphic Designer. Because of this, she knows the ins and outs of our values, our processes, our clients, and our secret to success better than anyone else. Casey is a leader that is passionate about the success of her team and is committed to ensuring all of our Brand Experience Managers are mentored, challenged, and given ample opportunities to grow and succeed. As our Chief Creative Officer, she is also responsible to ensure our clients receive the five-star service they are accustomed to.

Alli acts as our Director of Finance and Administration, ensuring our financial strategy is as effective as possible. She is an incredibly steady and reliable force within our team and ensures no details are overlooked. Having her on our team allows everyone else to focus on what they’re good at while making sure the trains run on time (and that everyone gets paid!). She’s committed to ensuring the company remains financially viable and able to serve our clients and provide for our team as we grow. She spends her free time with “The Ladies”... her gaggle of daughters who always keep her on her toes.

Natasha, connecting remotely from Kelowna, BC, brings with her nearly a decade of experience in professional marketing and sales, complemented by a Bachelor of Marketing with Honors from Griffith University in Australia. Her primary objective is to revolutionize Marr Media Group into a thriving sales-centric organization. Leveraging her extensive background, including the ownership and subsequent sale of her full-service agency, Natasha is poised to lay the groundwork for achieving our ambitious target of exponential growth within the upcoming 5 years.

Brie is an enthusiastic content creator with an eye for design and a love for social media. She believes in the power of community and is dedicated to nurturing online followers into lifelong clients. Brie holds a degree in Fashion Communications and a minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University. With over seven years of experience in freelance digital marketing, Brie brings commitment and creativity to every project. During her free time, this social butterfly can be found volunteering in her community, experiencing new restaurants with friends and travelling with her family.

Jamie is a communications professional with a strong interest in social media and has an educational background in public relations and marketing. She has almost a decade of agency experience and has worked across multiple industries. She excels when utilizing her creativity to amplify brands and loves to pair it with a thoughtful social media strategy–both paid and organic, as she recently earned her Advertising badge. On Jamie's days off, you can find her appreciating the outdoors hiking or snowboarding, and finishing the day with a good beer!

As a social media professional with seven years of experience, Rabeeya has always been passionate about using the power of social media to create positive change. Whether it's raising awareness about important issues or connecting with like-minded individuals, she believes that social media has the potential to bring people together in powerful ways. When she isn't being a rockstar cat mom, you can find Rabeeya running her women-only group designed for women to connect and share their stories without fear of judgment or discrimination.

Chelsey has been a content creator for 5+ years. She’s an advocate for social media and the benefits it can create with the right strategy and focus. She’s inspired by the power and ability it can bring for businesses to reach higher success. She studied social media and marketing in college and has first-hand experience working with apparel, tech and food & drink companies with the purpose of driving their engagement with all positive and profitable outcomes. I’m integrating all skills learned and working hard to stay ahead of the curve so that my clients can stay ahead of their competition. During her free time, she loves to go to her cottage in Muskoka, try new recipes and hang out with her dog Ralph!

Meriana is a highly experienced digital marketing professional passionate about all things social media and the industry! With over 5 years of expertise, she has helped numerous clients achieve their marketing goals through strategic planning, campaign management, and data analysis. Continuously seeking personal and professional growth, Meriana stays ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Her dedication and drive make her invaluable in delivering exceptional results for clients.

On her days off, you will find her outdoors, road-tripping through the Banff mountains, camping under the stars or at the beach surfing in Tofino.

With her background in running social media accounts for restaurants and hotels, Maggie has a passion for showing off the products her clients have to offer. Out of the office, Maggie enjoys baking for her friends and family, crocheting and badminton!
